Preparation:
In a pan, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the Cancha corn, cover and toast for 8 to 10 minutes, stirr regularly, until all the grains are golden brown. Add salt, let cool and serve! It can be enjoyed hot or cold.
