Our Frozen Peruvian products (vegetables and fruit pulp) must always be stored and transported at a temperature between -18°C and -21°C to guarantee a fresh quality product. They are clean and ready to be used to prepare Peruvian dishes in the same way you would with fresh produce bought at the market.
To keep the original flavours and nutritional values of our Peruvian vegetables and fruit pulp, the single freezing process is just enough ! These frozen Peruvian products are free from additives or preservatives.
Keep in mind that you should never freeze again a product that has already been previously frozen and thawed !
For this reason, and until today, frozen products can only be shipped to mainland France (excluding Corsica Island) with the Chronofresh carrier, which is the only one that can guarantee the negative cold chain to your door. Please order your frozen products in a separate cart from the rest of your order, as no dry or liquid product can be packaged and shipped in the same parcel as your frozen Peruvian vegetables.
Only customers who will pick up their Click & Collect order at the front door of our Parisian store can mix everything in one cart !
