1/2 chicken in dams, 1 chopped onion, 1 garlic Sibarita, 2 tbsp. Sibarita Panquita, 2 leaves of Laurel, 2 tomats in cubes, cumin Sibarita to taste, pepper Sibarita to taste, 500 ml. Of chicken broth, 3 white potatoes in pieces, oregano Sibarita to taste, 50 gr. Of raisins, 1 carrot in slices and 70 gr. Of peas.
Season the chicken preys with salt, pepper and cumin. Seal them with gums in vegetable oil. Remove the prey and in the same oil make a dressing of onion, garlic, panquita, cumin and pepper.
Return the chicken preys to the pot, add the tomato, potatoes, laurel, peas and chicken broth. Cook for 20 minutes. After that time add the raisins, carrots and oregano. Cook for 5 more minutes.
Serve with rice and corn.
