Huancaina's style potato

Ingredients (4 people):

4 yellow potatoes, 1/4 red onion, 200 g fresh cheese, 1/2 packet of soda cracker, 2 envelopes of amarillin, 1 sachet of garlic, 1/2 cup of fresh milk, 1/4 cup of oil Vegetable, salt to taste, pepper to taste, 2 hard boiled eggs, 4 olives and fresh lettuce.

Preparation:

Cook the potatoes, peel them and cut them into thick slices, arrange them in a dish.
Fry the onion and garlic, then add the amarillin. Add the fresh cheese, soda crackers and milk. Blend the mixture to create a creamy sauce.
To bathe with this sauce the potatoes and to decorate with the lettuce, the eggs in slices and the olives fired.
