El Adobo is a dish that is made in different regions of Peru (Arequipa, Cusco and Ayacucho) with different variants. The pig is macerated in this dressing before being cooked. The stew obtained is juicy and can be served with accompaniments such as bread, potatoes or boiled potatoes. This way of preparing the pork has its origin in the Spanish cuisine.
Makes 2 to 3kg of meat.
Ingredients: Chili pepper paste, achiote, garlic, oregano, vinegar, spices, E211 preservative and E415 stabilizer. Once the envelope is opened, keep it refrigerated.
